Payments Payments from buyers are made directly to the seller's Stripe account. Once the payment is received, our platform will deduct the applicable fee from the seller's account as outlined in our fee structure.

Complaints and Refunds Sellers are solely responsible for handling any complaints, customer service inquiries, or requests for refunds related to their products or services. It is the seller's responsibility to resolve these matters promptly and to the buyer's satisfaction.

Tax Liabilities Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations regarding their sales and earnings through our platform. This includes reporting and remitting any required taxes to the appropriate authorities.
